Role Overview 

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our engagement with government officials at the local, state, and federal levels, as well as to help build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, business associations, and industry stakeholders. This Analyst, Policy and Partnerships role is critical in advancing Prometheus Hyperscale’s public policy priorities, supporting economic development initiatives, and strengthening our presence in key markets.  

 

The position will be based in Jackson, WY and requires some on-site presence and occasional travel.  

 
Key Responsibilities

Government Relations 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Prometheus Hyperscale and government agencies, legislators, and policymakers at the local, state, and federal levels. 

  • Track, analyze, and influence public policies, regulations, and legislation impacting data centers, energy, infrastructure, and economic development. 

  • Advocate for policies that support Prometheus Hyperscale’s growth and expansion, including incentives, permitting, and workforce development programs. 

 

Partnership Development 

  • Establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions, research centers, and workforce training programs to support talent development and innovation in the data center industry. 

  • Collaborate with business associations, economic development organizations, and other industry stakeholders to promote policies and initiatives that enhance regional economic growth. 

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with companies and organizations aligned with Prometheus Hyperscale’s mission. 

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy 

  • Represent Prometheus Hyperscale at public meetings, industry conferences, and policy forums. 

  • Develop advocacy materials, briefing documents, and presentations to communicate Prometheus Hyperscale’s priorities effectively. 

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align business objectives with public policy and partnership strategies. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Business, Economics, or a related field. 

  • 2+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, economic development, or corporate partnerships. 

  • Strong understanding of legislative and regulatory processes at the local, state, and federal levels. 

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 

  • Experience working with economic development organizations, business associations, or academic institutions is a plus. 

  • Ability to travel as needed to engage with stakeholders.
