Blake Mobley

Blake W. Mobley, PhD, is Chief Talent Officer at Prometheus Hyperscale, where he leads talent strategy. He brings a deep understanding of the behavioral drivers behind team performance, shaped by his service as a counterintelligence officer at the CIA, where he supported clandestine operations and advised senior U.S. policymakers.

Prior to Prometheus, he held Chief Talent Officer and Chief Information Officer roles across biotechnology and energy companies, and co-founded The Keeper Group, a firm focused on behavioral profiling and talent selection.

Dr. Mobley holds a Ph.D. from Georgetown, an M.P.P. from Harvard, and a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford.
