Luis Velez is the Chief Operations Officer at Prometheus Hyperscale and an accomplished operations executive with more than two decades of experience leading growth, execution, and transformation across the construction, oil & gas, renewables, and inspection & certification industries.

Adam Mirick is a Senior Energy Advisor at Prometheus Hyperscale. He is a seasoned energy executive with over 25 years of experience in power and commodities markets, specializing in energy trading, structured products, and strategic advisory roles.

Trenton Thornock is a visionary leader with a proven track record in the energy sector. His expertise in renewable energy and large-scale infrastructure projects is instrumental in driving the strategic direction of Prometheus Hyperscale. Under his leadership, the company is pioneering the future of sustainable data centers.

James Faccone is a visionary executive with over two decades of leadership in mission-critical infrastructure, specializing in hyperscale data center operations, AI integration, and strategic transformation.

Mary Throne is General Counsel at Prometheus Hyperscale. Most recently, Ms. Throne served as a Commissioner on the Wyoming Public Service Commission (PSC), including a term as Chair, where she played a critical role in regulating public utilities.

An accomplished entrepreneur and energy transition investor, Trevor Neilson brings a strong background in finance and sustainable investing to Prometheus Hyperscale. His experience in raising capital and building successful companies positions us for long-term success and growth.

Marc Chennault is Chief Financial Officer of Prometheus Hyperscale. He brings over twenty years of investment, capital markets, advisory and project development experience in North America and Europe.
