Juan Baya

Juan Baya is the Vice President of Procurement at Prometheus Hyperscale and an accomplished global leader with more than two decades of experience across oil & gas, renewables, aerospace, automotive, and hyperscale infrastructure.

Before joining Prometheus Hyperscale, Juan served as Director of AI Supply Chain Execution & Strategy at Microsoft, where he led a high‑performing team delivering hyperscale datacenter projects across multiple U.S. metros with a portfolio exceeding 1.5 GW of capacity. He previously held senior leadership roles at GE Vernova and Siemens Energy, consistently driving operational excellence and executing complex global programs.

A native Spanish speaker, Juan holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, an M.S. in Project Evaluation, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
