Levi Lundgreen

Levi Lundgreen is the Chief of Staff to CEO Bernard Looney at Prometheus Hyperscale, where he supports executive operations, strategic initiatives, and organizational growth as the company scales next-generation hyperscale infrastructure.

He brings more than 12 years of global experience leading enterprise transformations, workforce strategy, and strategic initiatives.

Most recently, he served as Senior Director of People & Culture at bp, where he led people strategy for the company’s global enterprise technology and cybersecurity organizations, supporting more than 2,300 employees across 25 countries. Earlier in his career, he worked in bp’s CEO Office in London, where he contributed to the company’s net-zero strategy and supported executive governance and stakeholder engagement.

Levi holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Brigham Young University–Idaho.
